How do you move? Zone II, HIITs, flexibility, with VO2 calculations, biomarkers, and plenty of yogini bikini linguini carb-counting, calorie tracking, on the never-still training method, one-way ticket to the greatest recycling schema that any species has ever offered. Since we are only subscribed for so short, might as well go long on health as the final product - total addressable market is just you, nerd.

Get outside.

Move around.

Rest.

Repeat.

There are so many benefits to movement, far beyond your allocated bandwidth of min-mix thicc BBL jacked and juicy base. Don't get me wrong - discipline and motion go hand in hand, but if you want to be a fucking clown, boast more about how biomarking and quantified weights/speeds/acceleration somehow offer the calculus of health's algorithm. How in the world does that work? Sure, learn the science, but my brother in Christ, life is art, beautiful movement is yours to enjoy. There is some elder in Bhutan right now who has more energy channeled than your entire LinkedIn network does; that dude don't give a fuck about what you think about movement either.

Move because you enjoy the motion, the environment, and the temporal changes of feeling stillness after the movement. Dance on the days that the sky smiles at you, push the earth when it tries to crush you. Don't be a weak bitch; if you must age, choose so with the grace that every generation of human before you has to offer - be a good example of our species. Activate your senses, breath and move your body, what a lovely treat.

How I move: Wake up, warm water, mindful activation of nerves

8 week "fun" themes, strength, endurance, agility, etc.

Activation across threshold (upper/lower, left right) - imbalance/mixed motion

dynamic stretches absolutely - new Army, new rules

Lessen digital stimulus, walk/hike, play with your senses

I still nug lift, I still sprint and wheeze, and I love some spar sessions (albeit with a bit less heat). If you aren't willing to kick it on the courts, miss me with whatever "healthy" fad you wanna peddle. Also, try getting lost without your guiding box telling you where/how to move.
